  • Identity: Name, Date of Birth  (strictly for the 50% Birthday Discount).

  • Contact: Email address, Phone number.

  • Logistics: Shipping & Billing address.

  • Payment: Encrypted payment token (processed securely by Shopify or Square).

  • Technical: Device, browser, and analytics data via Shopify cookies.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your data only to:

  • Process and fulfill your orders.

  • Verify eligibility for the 15% Refill Discount and Birthday Rule.

  • Communicate order updates and tracking.

  • Prevent fraud and secure transactions.

  • Send you exclusive offers (only if you opt-in to the SANZ Collective).

3. MOBILE MESSAGE SERVICE TERMS (SMS/MMS)

By consenting to SANZ COLLECTIONS’ SMS marketing (e.g., via our Kiosk opt-in or checkout), you agree to receive recurring automated marketing messages (e.g.,New offers, cart reminders, refill offers) at the phone number provided. Consent is NOT a condition of purchase.

  • Msg & data rates may apply.

  • Reply HELP for assistance or STOP to cancel at any time.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. PAYMENT SECURITY

We do not store or access your full credit card details. Payments are securely handled by our PCI-compliant partners: Shopify Payments and Square.

5. SHARING YOUR INFORMATION

We share information only with the essential service providers who help us operate (Shopify, Payment Processors, Shipping Carriers, etc.).

6. YOUR RIGHTS

You control your data. You may request to:

  • Correct or update your information.

  • Delete your information (Right to be Forgotten).
