Terms, Clear as Crystal

  • Booking: Secure your date with a 50% non-refundable deposit, or $200 for larger crowds (51–200 guests). For larger events, guests receive coupons/tokens to redeem their fragrance, and we’ll count tokens post-event to invoice you based on attendance.
  • Cancellation: Full deposit refund (minus $50 processing fee) for cancellations 15+ days prior. No refunds within 15 days.
  • Minimum Guests: 7 guests or $280 required.
  • Venue Needs: Provide an 8x6 ft space per blending station, power access, and compliance with fire codes (no open flames).
  • Data Privacy: We collect guest names and scent formulas with consent, per our Terms and Conditions, ensuring GDPR/CCPA compliance.
  • Liability: Sanz Collections is not liable for venue issues or guest allergies; guests assume responsibility for scent safety.

 

Secure Your Booking

Bring your event to life with a seamless payment process. Choose a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date, or a $200 deposit for larger gatherings with final invoicing based on guest count post-event. Balance is due 7 days before the event, or within 4 days after for check payments (10% late fee every 10 days thereafter). We accept:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex)
  • ACH Transfers (for corporate clients)
  • Checks (for larger events, due within 4 days post-event)

Payments are processed securely via our trusted gateway. Utah sales tax (~7.75%) applies unless bundled as a service. Upon booking confirmation, you’ll receive an invoice and payment link.
