Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY: FROM UTAH WITH INTENTION

Effective Date: December 8, 2025

At SANZ COLLECTIONS, we ship high-concentration, oil-based fragrances. Because we use Pure Grain Ethanol and load our scents to up to 35% Extrait de Parfum, our products are classified as hazardous materials (flammable) for shipping purposes. We treat every package with the care it deserves.

1. PROCESSING TIMES

  • Standard Orders: Please allow 2–4 business days for us to process and pack your order.

  • Custom / Private Label Orders: Additional time may be required due to the hand-blending and maturation process.

  • Operating Hours: We ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

2. ORIGIN & CARRIERS

  • All orders are shipped from our blending facility in Midvale, Utah.

  • Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and current carrier rates.

  • We currently ship to the πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ United States. International shipping is available upon request (please contact support).

3. INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES

For all international orders, the customer is the "importer of record." You are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and custom fees assessed by your country's customs authority. SANZ COLLECTIONS is not responsible for these fees, nor for packages refused due to unpaid customs charges.

4. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once your package is handed to the carrier, it is out of our control. Due to the "DANGER! FLAMMABLE" classification required for high-proof perfumery, carriers may occasionally delay shipments for safety checks.

SANZ COLLECTIONS is NOT responsible for:

  • Delayed delivery due to carrier issues or weather.

  • Lost or stolen packages once marked as "Delivered."

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If your package is missing: Please file a claim directly with the carrier using your tracking number. We are happy to provide any documentation they require to assist your claim.

5. WHOLESALE SHIPPING

  • Wholesale partners must arrange and pay for their own shipping.

  • Wholesale buyers assume responsibility for tracking and delivery logistics once the order leaves our dock.
