TERMS OF SERVICE: THE RULES OF THE REBELLION

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the SANZ COLLECTIONS website (sanzcollections.store), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.

2. PRODUCTS & CLAIMS

We specialize in high-concentration, oil-based perfumes.

  • Concentration: Our products contain up to 35% Perfume Oil (Extrait de Parfum).

  • Ingredients: We use Pure Grain Ethanol and adhere to IFRA 51st Amendment standards.

  • Variations: Due to the high natural content in our oils, slight variations in color may occur between batches. This is a mark of authenticity, not a defect.

3. RESALE & UNAUTHORIZED CHANNELS

SANZ COLLECTIONS sells directly to consumers. The resale of our products on third-party marketplaces (including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Etsy) is strictly prohibited without our express written consent. We track batch codes. We reserve the right to cancel any order we suspect is intended for unauthorized resale and to pursue legal action to protect our brand integrity.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & UGC

All branding, designs, product names (e.g., "The Extrait Truth"), logos, and copy on this site belong to SANZ COLLECTIONS.

4.1 USER GENERATED CONTENT (UGC) & SOCIAL MEDIA By tagging or creating any content using our hashtags, products in it (e.g., #ExtraitBySanz, #ExtraitTruth) in any social media posts, you grant SANZ COLLECTIONS a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content on our website, social media channels, and marketing materials. You represent that you own the rights to the content and give us permission to feature your "Extrait Truth" experience.

5. ORDER LIMITATIONS

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

  • Limit purchase quantities per person or per household.

  • Flag and cancel transactions that appear to be fraudulent or unauthorized by dealers.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

SANZ COLLECTIONS is not liable for:

  • Improper storage or use of products (keep away from heat and open flame).

  • Allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. Patch test all products before use.

  • Damages resulting from the inability to use the website.

7. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of updated terms.
