REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY: THE UNUSED PROMISE
Effective Date: December 8, 2025
At SANZ COLLECTIONS, we prioritize product integrity. Because we sell consumable, high-purity items, we cannot resell a bottle once it has been opened or sprayed. We refuse to compromise quality for the next customer.
1. ELIGIBILITY WINDOW
You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of the delivery date.
2. RETURN REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for a refund, the item must be:

✔ Unused: The bottle must be completely full.

✔ Unopened: The original plastic seal must be intact and unbroken.

✔ Original Condition: All external boxes and packaging must be present and undamaged.
We DO NOT accept returns on:

✘ Used fragrances (if the seal is broken, it is yours).
-
✘ Custom-blended fragrances.
-
✘ Sale, Discounted, or promotional items.
-
✘ Discovery Sets / Samples.
3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Email us at support@sanzcollections.store with:

Your Order Number.

Clear photos of the sealed, unopened bottle and shipping box.
4. RETURN SHIPPING & REFUNDS

Cost: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid labels.

Processing: Once we receive and inspect the return (to confirm it is sealed), we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Sanz Processing: 3–5 Business Days.

Bank Processing: 5–10 Business Days.
5. DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the breakage and the packaging. We will assess these on a case-by-case basis for replacement.
6. WHOLESALE
All Wholesale and Private Label orders are Final Sale. This includes all custom formulas, bulk product, and private label goods. For logistical transparency, please note: Shipping and transportation of these orders is the responsibility of the partner/buyer. We will inform you with pickup details once your package is fully prepared at our facility in Utah.
