Design your own luxury perfume with a personalised touch! Choose your fragrance notes and give it a name that’s as unique as you are. Craft a scent that tells your story and carry it with you wherever you go.
- Eligibility: Customers may return fragrance products within 15 days from the date of delivery for a full refund, provided the products meet the following conditions:
- The fragrance bottle must be unopened and unsprayed, with all original packaging intact.
- The product must not have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.
- Return Process:
- Customers must contact the Company at [insert contact email or phone] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 15 days of delivery.
- Returns must be shipped to the Company’s designated address, with the RMA number clearly marked on the package, at the Customer’s expense unless the return is due to a Company error (e.g., incorrect product shipped).
- The Company will inspect returned products to verify eligibility.
- Refund Process:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and approving the return.
- Refunds include the purchase price of the returned fragrance, excluding original shipping costs.
- Applicable sales taxes will be refunded in accordance with state and local tax regulations.
- If the purchase was made through an Affiliate Link, the refund may result in the Affiliate returning the commission or having it deducted from their next payout, per the Affiliate Program Agreement.
- Exclusions:
- Products purchased as part of Deals or Promotions are non-returnable unless defective or incorrectly shipped.
- Refunds will not be issued for returns received after the 15-day period or for products that do not meet the unopened, unsprayed condition.
- Defective Products: If a product is defective or damaged upon receipt, Customers must notify the Company within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping at the Company’s expense.

Why do you distinguish between 'Alcohol' and 'Ethanol'?
